AI Product Leader & Builder
AI by discipline. Wild light by devotion.
I build AI products end to end — from prototype to production to the operations that keep them running. Twenty-five-plus years across IT, cybersecurity, and cloud gave me the systems instincts; the last several have gone into shipping AI software that real teams depend on.

Chapter one — working systems
From bradshannon.me/work. Filter the stack, open a card, jump to the live site.
A control plane for AI agents that need to take real actions — approvals, allow-lists, audit trails, and kill switches before side effects hit production systems.
Product I designed, shipped, and operate — focused on turning messy operational context into clear next steps for operators and builders.
Built end-to-end for hospitality and guest workflows — practical AI, not demo-ware, with the ops layer to keep it running.
A builder surface for spinning up agent-oriented tools and experiments quickly — the same five-day cycle energy, productized.
Utilities and experiments I publish when the work is useful beyond my own stack — security, cloud, and AI plumbing.

Manifesto
I build with AI — products, platforms, and the operations that keep them running.
Then I drive west, wait for dawn, and photograph what no system can schedule.
I'm currently Director of Product Management at Summit 7, where I build managed-services solutions for complex, regulated environments. Outside that, I'm the founder of Agent Action Firewall and the builder behind several live AI products — Vitly, GuestGem, and ClankerBuilder among them — each one designed, shipped, and operated by me from idea to users. Before software, I served as a U.S. Marine. Away from the keyboard: wildlife photographer, Canon 80D with a 300mm f/2.8L, chasing light most people are still asleep for.
Available for talks on AI product leadership, agentic systems, and building in public.

Selected
Shipping AI that operators can actually run — not slide-deck demos.
Tip: scrub nodes on desktop — each one lights a different thread.
